General sales conditions FlexNgrip
Our general conditions of sale are intended to inform you of your rights.
At the end of the order
When the user places an order on the website, we verify immediately that the product is available to allow quick delivery. If it turns out that the product is not, or is no longer available, the customer will be refunded within 48 hours.
The product is sold as is.
The prices are set and may change over time. FlexNgrip AB reserves the right to change one or the other product price, without the right to compensation for customers who have already made an order.
Delivery is made to the costs indicated in the cart during the purchase. The risk is carried by our company in the event of loss or theft of your package. We are also your contact for any delivery problems by opening the file to your customer account. The service provides the ability to quickly resolve delivery problems. Delivery is on average between 2 and 8 days. There is no guarantee for that period. Sometimes the package is delayed because of disruptions or incidents during transport. A deadline for delivery is 20 days after receipt of your payment. In addition to this, you can get a refund on request for cancellation of your order.
The customer has 7 days to return at its own expense the ordered goods. The period runs from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging, without having been used or damaged. The customer must send a letter to notify the FlexNgrip AB for return of the goods.
For a simple return: FlexNgrip AB can stand for the shipping cost of the returned goods and refund you within a period of max. 30 days minus the cost of return
If the goods are installed or used cannot be refunded.
Applicable Law These conditions of sale are governed by Swedish law, without upsetting the mandatory protection rules, which may be applicable in the consumer's home country.
